OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

II. Overview of Promotion: 

Eligibility and Registration Overview:

Delta Bank is offering an opportunity for thirty-two nonprofit organizations to receive a $1,000 donation. The Nonprofit Giveaway is an opportunity for various 501(c)3 organizations operating in our footprint to receive donations. To enter, participants should nominate a nonprofit organization (must be a 501(c)3) working within the specified parish/county. No purchase is necessary to win. No Delta Bank banking relationship is required to enter. Recipients will be selected at random. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to all contest rules and regulations. Upon entry, participants release Facebook of any liability for this promotion.

Alternate Form of Registration:

An alternate form of registration is available at all Delta Bank branch locations. The alternate form of registration consists of a sheet of paper that the individual must complete that asks for the name, address, and phone number of the organization. Once the individual has completed the registration form, they can give it to a Delta Bank employee, in which they will turn it into the Marketing Department to be entered into the promotion.

III. Promotion Entry Period:

The promotion periods are as follows:

East Carroll Parish: September 25-28, 2023; winners announce on September 29

Warren County: October 2-5, 2023; winners announce on October 6

Adams County: October 9-12, 2023; winners announce on October 13

Madison Parish: October 16-19, 2023; winners announced on October 20

Concordia Parish: October 23-26, 2023; winners announced on October 27

Morehouse Parish: October 30 – November 2, 2023; winners announced on November 3

No entries will be accepted before or after the promotional period. Gift Card recipient names will be posted on the Delta Bank Facebook page and the Bank will contact the school where you are employed for the ’23-’24 school year to arrange delivery of the gift card.

Chances of Winning:

Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received by registrants within the promotional period.
